If you put the (a href="link") link_text and (/a) tags around your hyperlinks like (a href="http://sandandmoresand.blogspot.com/")Sand Sand More Sand And A Camel(/a) replacing the "(" and ")" brackets with "<" and ">" they should give you a clickable link like this Sand Sand More Sand And A Camel.
As a guide, if you can't rememember, you can view the source of a sample page and look for the (a) tags.
